Our Client: A global player in Financial services is looking to hire Vice President – Talent Acquisition based in Malaysia.

Your Role: As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies, implement innovative recruitment practices and technologies, collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers, track KPIs and use data for decision-making, and stay informed of industry trends and best practices. You will lead the transformation of talent acquisition as a global leader, shaping recruitment and development across multiple countries. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will drive innovation in talent acquisition practices, collaborate with a diverse workforce, and contribute to a positive workplace culture that celebrates achievements and supports talent development, implementing comprehensive rewards and recognition systems to motivate and engage employees.

Must Have: 15 years of global talent acquisition experience, preferably within the tech industry, bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are essential, along with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. A proven track record of successful talent acquisition strategies is required, alongside excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in fintech organizations is preferred.
