Our Client: Is a leading organization in the food industry.

We are currently looking to hire a senior sales professional with 15+ years of quality experience in the consumer goods / food sector. You have successfully managed Qatar + at least other countries (Kuwait / Oman). With expertise in multi channels, distributor management and have handled a multi geography team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving profitability, expanding market share, and introducing innovative product lines.

KPIs:

Developing and executing comprehensive business plans and financial strategies, optimizing performance across all countries.
Cultivating strategic partnerships and driving revenue with a focus on operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Identifying and capitalizing on niche market opportunities for new product development and category expansion.
Providing leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Monitoring regulatory compliance and promoting a culture of safety, health, and environmental stewardship.
Must have: Deep experience in Qatar/ Kuwait / Oman/ Bahrain…multi country experience is a must have.
