Our client: A renowned FMCG company.

Your role: Lead sales operations in KSA, developing and executing strategies to achieve annual sales targets while maintaining tight control over budgets and promotions. Drive sales strategy development, optimize operations, and inspire peak performance from the sales team. Collaborate closely with distributor partners, monitor performance, and cultivate strong channel relationships to drive business growth. Stay agile in a dynamic market, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and innovate with impactful promotions and activation initiatives. Utilize insightful reporting to elevate team performance and achieve KPIs.

Must have: We seek an MBA graduate from a respected institute with 10-12 years in FMCG or distribution management, including 2+ years in modern trade. You should demonstrate strong analytical and commercial acumen, extensive experience in van sales and traditional trade, and proven leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and effective communication is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
