Our client: Our Client is an Established name dealing with equipment for Oil & Gas and Marine Sectors in UAE.

About Role: We are looking to hire a seasoned Business Development Executive OR Sales Engineer with a strong background in industrial sales and procurement, focused on Oil & Gas and Marine sectors in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Develop and execute plans to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
  • Product Sourcing: Align products with customer requirements.
  • Negotiation: Secure favourable terms in sales/procurement.
  • Account Management: Maintain key accounts and high customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Implement plans to enhance market presence.
  • Networking: Engage in industry events to drive business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Industry Knowledge: Expertise in Lifting / Rigging Industry standards for Oil & Gas, EPCI, and Crane Companies in GCC/North Africa.
  • Experience: 5+ years in a similar role within UAE’s industrial sector.
  • Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and industrial product sourcing.
  • UAE Driver’s License; proven sales performance and analytical skills.
