Our Client:
A well-established FMCG company in the region with ambitious growth plans is urgently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth.
Your Role:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth across all channels in the region. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role suited for a self-driven and passionate individual who thrives in a competitive environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing sales strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve regional targets.
- Expanding key accounts and driving growth in modern trade channels.
- Setting and monitoring KPIs for the sales team to achieve agreed sales targets, shelf off-take, and market share.
- Leading the planning and execution of brand marketing activities, ensuring strong brand presence and visibility in coordination with the merchandising team.
- Overseeing sales forecasting, planning, and performance management, while training and developing the team for continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 10-15 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3-5 years managing a regional sales team.
- Expertise in sales forecasting, planning, RTM (Route-to-Market strategies), and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for driving growth and developing high-performing teams.
