Job Description

Our Client: An established FMCG company in the region with extensive growth plans is urgently looking to hire Regional Sales Manager.

Your Role: The candidate should be a self-driven & passionate individual who will be able to thrive and succeed. You’ll be responsible for delivering the sales growth for the region across all channels. Would be responsible to develop and manage the strategy together with the other stakeholders. Responsible for expanding key accounts and modern trade business. Create KPI’s for the team to achieve the agreed sales targets, shelf off take and market share. Involved in brand marketing activities from planning to execution and ensure brand presence in terms of availability and visibility with the merchandising team.

Must Have: MBA or Bachelors degree level education. Minimum of 10-15 years proven and successful sales experience in the FMCG industry with at least 3-5 years in managing/heading sales region. Must have experience sales forecasting, planning, performance management, training and RTM. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
