Job Title: Organizational Development Director
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Our Client:
A conglomerate with considerable size and operating in the consumer goods sector.
Your Role:
We are seeking an Organizational Development (OD) Leader to enhance employee experience and drive strategic HR initiatives. Reporting to the Organizational Capability Director, you will lead a team of six professionals across talent management, acquisition, communication, C&B, and rewards to strengthen organizational culture and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement OD strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition, engagement, and succession planning.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the employee value proposition and work environment.
- Manage performance management, rewards frameworks, and internal communication.
- Optimize organizational design, headcount, and productivity metrics.
- Utilize data analytics and HR systems for strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the OD team to deliver measurable results.
- Lead the development and administration of the Division’s Compensation & Benefits framework to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years in organizational development, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in HR systems (Oracle, CornerstoneOnDemand preferred).
- Proven ability to manage engagement, culture, and change in large organizations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
