Our Client: A rapidly growing and highly respected catering services company in the region, recognized for its commitment to quality and service excellence.
Your Role: As the Catering Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all catering operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, and maintaining close coordination with the culinary team to exceed client expectations. This role will involve:
- Managing the complete catering process from event planning to logistics, staffing, and financial oversight, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Ensuring strict compliance with QHSE and HACCP standards to maintain high-quality service and safety protocols.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with seamless service execution.
- Overseeing staff training and development, ensuring the team is well-equipped to deliver outstanding service.
- Handling multiple operations simultaneously, identifying issues, and solving problems efficiently to keep the workflow uninterrupted.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in industrial catering, preferably with multinational companies, managing onshore and offshore operations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills in managing large and diverse teams, with a focus on financial management and customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE and HACCP standards to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work under pressure, manage budgets, and adapt to the challenges of running large-scale operations.
