Our client: A regional conglomerate in the FMCG industry, is seeking a seasoned professional to join their team.
Your role: You will drive productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements across all operational processes, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration, promote best practices, and maintain compliance with industry standards. In this strategic role, you will develop and implement operational excellence strategies aligned with company objectives, leading process improvement initiatives to enhance performance and address areas needing improvement. You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate continuous improvement, provide training on best practices, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, delivering insights and recommendations to senior management.
Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. Should have 7–10 years of experience in operations management or operational excellence within the CPG industry. Strong knowledge of operational excellence methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have proven leadership and team management abilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in operational management software and tools.
