Our Client: A reputed business house in the QSR industry is looking to hire an Operations Director based in KSA.
Your Role: Oversee day-to-day operations and supply chain management for all QSR outlets, ensuring consistency and quality through standard operating procedures. Conduct regular site visits and set KPIs to evaluate operational efficiency and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, managing recruitment, training, and employee engagement to foster a positive work environment. Enhance customer experience through strategic initiatives, promptly addressing feedback, and collaborating on promotional campaigns. Prepare and manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate with suppliers. Develop and execute strategic plans for growth and expansion, aligning operational strategies with overall business goals
Must Have: Minimum of 12 years of experience in the QSR industry, with at least 5 years in the management role. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit restaurant operations. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using restaurant management software and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
