Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Trainer to design and deliver training on Microsoft tools like MS 365, SharePoint, Excel, and OneDrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs on Microsoft products.
- Create user-friendly guides, documentation, and interactive training materials.
- Collaborate with L&D and IT teams to align training with goals and updates.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback and reporting.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in training users on Microsoft tools.
- Hands-on experience in application migrations or implementations.
- Expertise in collaboration and file-sharing platforms like OneDrive.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects efficiently.
- Experience in training end users.
Qualifications
- Certification in Microsoft products (Microsoft Certified Trainer) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT training or a related field.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms or LMS is a plus.
