About Our Client:
Our client is a prominent real estate company in Saudi Arabia poised for significant growth in the dynamic and rapidly evolving market. As they prepare for an IPO and undertake new projects, they are seeking an experienced Chief Shared Services Officer.
Role Overview:
As the Chief Shared Services Officer, you will spearhead the strategic design, development, and execution of the organization’s shared services model, driving excellence across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and other enabling functions.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will:
- Define and implement a shared services strategy that aligns with the organization’s broader vision, ensuring scalability and adaptability for future growth.
- Lead the transition to centralized operations, streamlining processes, reducing costs, and improving service levels.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging technology, data analytics, and industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure the shared services function contributes to the overall success of the business, supporting critical decision-making processes with actionable insights.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, cultivating an environment of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, company policies, and governance standards.
Must Have
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in shared services, operational leadership, or related roles, with a strong track record in transformation and process optimization.
- Expertise in managing large-scale, multi-functional shared services centers, ideally in a complex, multinational environment.
- Proven ability to lead through change, balancing strategic vision with operational execution.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical mindset, and familiarity with technology platforms and automation tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level.
