About Our Client:

Our client is a prominent real estate company in Saudi Arabia poised for significant growth in the dynamic and rapidly evolving market. As they prepare for an IPO and undertake new projects, they are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer who combines deep financial expertise with a strategic mindset.

Role Overview:

The CFO will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans by securing funding for new projects, optimizing capital structures, and driving the finance function to new heights. This is a role that requires exceptional banking relationships and proven success in raising capital to fuel project development. Additionally, the incumbent will provide strategic financial input, oversee project feasibility studies, and make critical recommendations to shape the company’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Banking and Fundraising: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funds for new projects and future growth initiatives. Lead efforts to optimize the capital structure and explore diverse financing options.
  • Project Feasibility & Recommendations: Conduct and oversee detailed feasibility studies for potential projects, providing data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Strategic Finance Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute strategic financial objectives, aligning project financing and budget management with the company’s long-term growth plans.
  • IPO Preparation: Support IPO-related activities, including engagement with investors and financial stakeholders, to position the company for successful public listing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and financial partners, fostering transparency and trust in financial reporting and projections.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • 18+ years of progressive experience in finance within the real estate or related industry, with proven expertise in securing project funding and managing banking relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in project feasibility analysis, financial modeling, and providing strategic recommendations for large-scale real estate projects.
  • Prior involvement with IPO processes or leadership experience in a public company is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent in both English and Arabic, with a proven ability to engage effectively with investors and financial media.
  • CPA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is required.
