Job Description

Our client: A prominent company delivering excellence in the food and beverage sector.

Your Role: Develop and expand the organization’s business within the Lower Trade Channel, including Minimarkets, Vans, and Wholesale. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to position the organization as a preferred partner for growth. Drive sales, distribution, and market share within assigned retailers and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and train the Van Sales Supervisors and Representatives.
  • Enhance team capabilities by identifying efficient route plans and improving sales and negotiation skills.
  • Manage strategic relationships with key wholesalers across the UAE.
  • Ensure alignment with business fundamentals for sustainable growth.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Establish the organization as a preferred partner for growth.
  • Ensure accuracy in planograms, shelf share, display share, and feature share within retailers.
  • Oversee distribution with customers across all outlets and ensure adherence to agreed parameters.
  • Achieve sales, gross margin, and market share targets in assigned retailers.

Must Haves

  • Proven experience in managing Lower Trade Channels, including Minimarkets, Vans, and Wholesale.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop sales teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with key stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of sales fundamentals, distribution management, and route planning.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales and market share objectives.
