Our client An established name in the industrial machinery and equipment industry, with core focus on supplying products and services to a vast network of clients ranging from construction/ oil & gas etc.
About the role : You would be leading and managing the Division’s Sales & Marketing functions, ensuring best practices and cost control as Profit Centre Head
Key responsibilities : Adapt to market changes by identifying new growth opportunities in products, segments, and markets. Evaluate division performance and recommend strategies for improvement. Oversee inventory planning aligned with targets, budgets, and cash flow. Build and maintain strong supplier/principal relationships. Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures. Identify team skill gaps and implement training and development programs. Assist with recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee management. Collaborate with finance to manage budgeting, profitability, and cash flow. Actively participate in industry events, building strategic relationships. Develop best practices to improve operational efficiency. Recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Foster constructive working relationships across departments. Lead, motivate, and support a large team, focusing on career development and problem-solving.
Must Have: Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in the Lifting and Rigging industry required. Preferably need to have an engineering degree. Must have UAE local experience. Good network connectivity in the market. Proven track record.
