Our client: A prominent leader in the real estate industry is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of their Facilities Management division in Riyadh. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a reputable organization that values innovation and client excellence.

Your role: We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of the Facilities Management business. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
• Driving business development and market expansion by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
• Client acquisition and retention by developing tailored solutions and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Leading strategic planning efforts and reporting performance against KPIs, including revenue growth, profit margins, and client satisfaction.
• Overseeing proposal submissions and managing the sales pipeline to ensure consistent market growth.

Must have: MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 12-15 years of proven success in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the Facilities Management sector. In-depth knowledge of Facilities Management services, market trends, and client needs. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships with clients and industry partners. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing effective business development plans.
