Your Role: As a Business Development Manager, your main goal will be to identify and secure new business opportunities in the catering sector while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the Country Manager, playing a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring operational compliance, and enhancing the company’s reputation in the catering and hospitality markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor operational performance to ensure seamless service across multiple locations.
- Manage client communications to maintain long-lasting partnerships.
- Ensure all services align with QHSE and food safety standards like HACCP.
- Actively contribute to the company’s brand presence in the competitive food service industry.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in catering, hospitality, or event management.
- Proven success in securing large accounts and driving sales growth.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, HSE).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
