Our Client: A leading FMCG organization

Your Role: As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the FMCG sector. You will work closely with key stakeholders at Head Offices to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key accounts within the FMCG sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Head Offices.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market insights.

Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts in an FMCG distribution company.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG market in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
