Our client: Our Client is an Established name dealing with equipment for Oil & Gas and Marine Sectors in UAE.
About Role: We are looking to hire a seasoned Business Development Executive OR Sales Engineer with a strong background in industrial sales and procurement, focused on Oil & Gas and Marine sectors in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Sales: Develop and execute plans to achieve annual sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
- Product Sourcing: Align products with customer requirements.
- Negotiation: Secure favourable terms in sales/procurement.
- Account Management: Maintain key accounts and high customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Initiatives: Implement plans to enhance market presence.
- Networking: Engage in industry events to drive business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in Lifting / Rigging Industry standards for Oil & Gas, EPCI, and Crane Companies in GCC/North Africa.
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar role within UAE’s industrial sector.
- Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and industrial product sourcing.
- UAE Driver’s License; proven sales performance and analytical skills.
