Your Role:
As the Manager Cost Control, you will lead a team of dedicated cost control professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify cost discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with project control teams and other departments to ensure integrated project management.
  • Evaluate contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Review and approve project budgets, ensuring that cost control measures are maintained.
  • Contribute strategic recommendations to drive project success and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 22000 Food Safety System standards in all financial operations.
  • Provide leadership to the cost control team, promoting high performance and development.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in cost control, preferably in large-scale projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost estimation.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and financial tools.
  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting in-depth variance analysis.
  • Knowledge of cost management tools and techniques, with adaptability to change.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMI-SP, AACE CCP, or equivalent are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
