A leading organization in the F&B sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team.
About the Role:
We are looking for an HR Manager with strong experience in HR management within the F&B industry. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership and operational excellence to the HR function, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend company HR policies to support business objectives.
- Plan and review short-term and long-term goals for the HR department, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
- Oversee key HR functions such as recruitment, employee development, and safety programs.
- Collaborate with management, employees, and external stakeholders to address HR-related matters.
- Manage the preparation of reports and budgets for HR operations.
- Provide insights and advice on HR trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Continuously improve HR operations while ensuring compliance with ISO 22000 Food Safety standards.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role, managing HR programs in large organizations.
- In-depth understanding of HR management principles, including labor relations, contract negotiations, and employee benefits.
- Experience in job classification, compensation, and performance evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with government organizations and regulations in the F&B sector.
- Proven leadership and teamwork abilities to set standards, improve processes, and ensure safety.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential.
- Experience working in GCC countries in the F&B industry as an HR Manager is preferred.
